Please find below a few questions that are regularly asked regarding fees, payment etc.

How will I know how much to pay?
At the beginning of each month, you will receive an invoice which will clearly say how much you need to pay for the upcoming month. On your invoice it will clearly say the timeframe this invoice is paying, how many hours your child is attending within this time frame, how many funded hours you will receive in this time frame and how much your meals cost.

How do I pay?
You can pay by Direct Debit, BACS, Cash or Standing order.

Who do I pay?
Please see the manager to arrange payment.

Do I need to pay for additional activities and consumables?
No, we do not charge parents for additional consumables. We only charge for meals that the nursery provide, this is charged at a reasonable cost of £4 for lunches and £1 for snack/tea. For funded spaces this service is optional. The nursery will occasionally do charity events, which you are welcome to make donations to.

Do I get a discount for siblings?
Yes you get 20% off the oldest sibling.

Do I still have to pay if I go on holiday or my child is sick?
To maintain your child’s nursery placement, yes we do require fees to still be paid. There are no reductions for personal holidays or sickness.

What if I am having problems paying?
Please speak to the management team and we can come to an arrangement for you.
